Selected work for Redo

Commerce is a whole-product problem.

NuPrice → Velatis → AI-intensive freelance work

NuPrice

Redo’s returns, exchanges, package protection, order tracking and customer support connect the post-purchase experience. NuPrice is my related commerce foundation: marketplace inputs, merchant rules, accounts, subscriptions, analytics and support in one product.

NuPrice

Designed, built and operated NuPrice, an Amazon reseller SaaS product that was acquired. Built Node.js workflows around Amazon marketplace and competitor-data ingestion, user-defined repricing rules, automation, monitoring and analytics. Owned the product around the core pricing workflow: customer accounts, subscriptions, CMS and in-product support.

Product ownership

My strongest commerce example is NuPrice: marketplace integrations and rules-based automation wrapped in a product merchants could use and I could operate. Today I combine that ownership with AI-intensive freelance engineering and art.

Velatis

A client collaboration combining private notes, identity, deterministic tools and context-aware AI. That work is relevant to Redo’s customer support tools, where useful responses depend on the right order, return and claim context. Velatis is currently an early-access private test.

Velatis

Built privacy-aware research workflows joining identity, notes, deterministic chart data, sharing and payments with context-aware AI. Connected deterministic tools and AI assistance while keeping ownership and privacy boundaries explicit; shaped the client product interface.

AI-intensive by practice

I describe my current approach as token-maxing: leaning heavily on AI across freelance engineering and art. Product judgment and ownership stay with me, from exploring the work to integrating the result.

AI-intensive freelance engineering and art

Heavy AI use and token-maxing across current freelance engineering and art: extensive AI-assisted iteration across code and creative work. I retain hands-on product responsibility: shaping interfaces, integrating systems and deciding what is ready to deliver.

Delivery and operations

My current support-platform work brings CRM, scheduling, billing, analytics and AI-assisted operations together. I work across authenticated connectors, tenant-aware services, deployment, telemetry and support.
